How we use AI agents inside StructLabs.io.

N9C is Ben’s internal team of specialist agents. They help with research, engineering, delivery and documentation; Ben sets priorities, reviews important decisions and remains responsible for client work.

Dimensional specialist modules working together as one distributed system

Each agent has a clear job, and Ben stays in charge of the decisions that matter.

Every task has an owner, the reasoning behind it gets written down, and handoffs are visible. Agents work in defined roles and pass that context forward, instead of losing it in a pile of disconnected chats.

Anything that affects clients, money, infrastructure or public claims comes back to Ben for a decision.

Who does whatCurrent team structure

The team is organised around distinct kinds of work.

Some agents help shape priorities and communication. Others focus on research, delivery, engineering or infrastructure. Each role tells Ben what to expect back and where the work goes next.

This is how work is divided inside StructLabs.io today. The agents support Ben; they are not presented as human staff.

Where the agents help

  • Turning an approved brief into a practical plan and clear tasks.
  • Supporting research, code, documentation and editorial work.
  • Keeping handoffs traceable, so nothing gets lost between agents.
  • Preparing drafts and implementation work for Ben to review.

Where Ben stays involved

Ben owns the client relationship and makes the decisions that are hard to undo. Agent output is checked against real evidence before it is used.

N9C is an internal team that gives him more range and continuity. It does not replace his responsibility for the work.

What this means for clients

You get a specialist AI agent team, and Ben stays responsible for the work.

N9C gives Ben more capacity for research, documentation and implementation, and keeps a project's history attached to it as it moves between agents. You still know exactly who is making the important decisions and who to call.
