N9C is Ben’s internal team of specialist agents. They help with research, engineering, delivery and documentation; Ben sets priorities, reviews important decisions and remains responsible for client work.
Each agent has a clear job, and Ben stays in charge of the decisions that matter.
Every task has an owner, the reasoning behind it gets written down, and handoffs are visible. Agents work in defined roles and pass that context forward, instead of losing it in a pile of disconnected chats.
Anything that affects clients, money, infrastructure or public claims comes back to Ben for a decision.
